Overview
The website for Elvanex, a digital agency offering marketing, web design, graphics, video, content, consulting and digital skills training.
Context
Elvanex sells many services and recruits volunteers. The team needed to publish and manage both without a developer.
The problem
One long services page would bury the detail, and a static site alone could not handle posts or applications.
My role
I built and maintained the site on my own, adapting a Bootstrap template to the Elvanex brand.
Thinking
A page per service
Each service has its own page, so it can be found in search and shared on its own.
one service, one URL
Light tools for the team
Instead of a heavy CMS, Firebase sits behind a login so the team can write posts and track volunteers.
no CMS needed
Solution
A static, multi-page site with a Firebase-backed blog and a volunteer flow with an admin view.
What was built
- Blog with sign-in, editor and dashboard
- Volunteer applications with status tracking
- Certificate verification for volunteers
Outcome
The site is live at elvanexdigital.com with the blog and volunteer tools, and I maintained it for months after launch.
