Overview
AudioPhile is a responsive storefront for headphones, speakers and earphones: category browsing, product pages, a cart and a checkout flow.
The problem
The checkout needed to store orders and send a confirmation email straight away, without making the buyer wait for the email to go out.
My role
I built the frontend from the design files and connected Convex for order storage.
Solution
Orders are saved first and the confirmation email runs as a background function, so the checkout finishes immediately.
